The guided wine tasting takes place in an elegant salon, featuring four carefully selected wines from Bodegas Bentomiz. After a short pause on the terrace, where guests can soak in the Mediterranean views, the experience moves to the dining area for a 10-course ‘Inspiration’ gourmet lunch. Each dish is crafted from fresh, local ingredients, reflecting the highest level of culinary artistry. The menu remains a surprise, adding an element of delight as each course is revealed. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advance notice.
