As expected from a winery restaurant, a small menu but what is presented is done spectacularly well. My meal comprised ingredients and presentation I have never seen before. Service a touch on the brisk to brusque. Newly added “Vault” museum mildly interesting and the art gallery intriguing as usual.

Five stars and beyond. I don't remember when I had such an amazing food last time. 3 hours spent with friend and family with amazing wines served frequently matching the food composition. Thank you Vasse Felix.

The food was very good. The chef couldn't do better, they tasted and looked amazing. The wine was very pleasing too. We enjoyed our lunch looking at the scenic view from the veranda.
Besides, the building , both the winery downstairs and the restaurant upstairs, is designed beautifully.
The only not-outstanding point was that the restaurant staff could do better and show more friendliness.

About Winery and Wines

Vasse Felix is Margaret River’s founding wine estate and was established in 1967 by regional pioneer Dr Tom Cullity. Pristine isolation, ancient lands and twin oceans make Margaret River a wine paradise and one of the world’s greatest environments to grow ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. These varieties, alongside Shiraz and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends are the primary focus at Vasse Felix. All wines are estate-grown in Vasse Felix’s four Margaret River vineyards then estate-made and bottled within its state-of-the-art winemaking facility. Vasse Felix is regarded as one of Australia's draw-card winery destinations and welcomes all visitors, daily for a host of wine and culinary experiences

The Vasse Felix Wine Collection comprises Margaret River's regional strengths Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends. The wines are made to best express the unique environment of Margaret River with a 'hands-off' approach to viticulture and winemaking. All fruit is grown, fermented, matured and bottled within the Vasse Felix Estate. Every parcel of wine is graded throughout maturation, until the final composition of each wine is determined, working from the Icon wines through to the Premier, Filius and Classics tiers.
