Appena arrivati, ci hanno accompagnati nel vigneto, per un breve, ma completo tour. Ci sono state illustrate le caratteristiche del terreno e delle piante. In seguito siamo andati al laboratorio dove ci hanno spiegato l'intero processo di vinificazione, sia del vino rosso che del bianco, dalla raccolta dell'uva all'imbottigliamento. Tutte le spiegazioni sono state dettagliate e complete. Infine è cominciata la degustazione in una location ben curata. I vini provati sono stati due: il fiano e l'aglianico. I vini sono stati accompagnati rispettivamente da bruschette con alici e salmone e da un ampio tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali. Infine ci hanno fatto provare anche uno dei liquori di loro produzione. Tutto davvero ottimo. Un'ulteriore nota positiva: avevo avvisato della presenza di una persona celiaca e si sono premoniti di pane senza glutine. Complessivamente ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti.
