Vineyard Tour and 4-Wine Tasting with Lake Como Views at Del Risti in Colico
Here is what's in store for you
Discover Vineyard Classic, a two-hour wine tasting experience at Azienda Agricola Del Risti in Colico, on Lake Como. Your visit begins with a 5-minute shuttle transfer from the designated meeting point to our vineyard on Montecchio Sud. Weather permitting, stroll among the Pinot Noir vines and discover our family’s story and the local terroir, surrounded by terraced vineyards and panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
Enjoy a guided tasting of four wines, served under a portico among the vines: Le Calderine by Cantine Angelinetta, a Terre Lariane IGT white from Sauvignon, Verdese Bianco and Riesling Renano, paired with tomato bruschetta; Zapel by Rainoldi, a fresh, light white from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc with delicate citrus aromas, paired with young Casera cheese; our own Breva Pinot Noir, paired with our homemade salami; and Rosso di Valtellina DOC by Vitanova, a red from Nebbiolo (locally called Chiavennasca) grown on the Valtellina terraces, paired with aged Casera cheese. The tasting ends with our honey grappa and a taste of honey from our apiary, with bread and water. Discover how each pairing brings out the flavours of the wines in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
With small groups, personal storytelling and products made on our farm, Vineyard Classic offers a close connection to the people and flavours of Lake Como. Take time to enjoy the scenery and ask questions before your return shuttle transfer to the meeting point. Participants under 18 are served a soft drink to accompany the food tastings. In wet weather, the tasting takes place in a covered area.

Where we are and how to reach us
Meet at the “Spiaggia di Piona” sign, opposite the beach car park, where the paved road ends and the gravel track begins, Via Laghetto 38, 23823 Colico (LC), Italy. Arrive 10 minutes before your booked time. Our shuttle will take you to Azienda Agricola Del Risti and back after the experience. By car, follow signs for Spiaggia di Piona. Parking is available nearby, with additional public parking on Via Logasc, about 300 metres from the beach. Check local parking signs.
By train, Piona station is approximately 200 metres from the beach; walk from there to the meeting point. A complimentary shuttle is also available from Colico railway station or Colico ferry terminal and must be booked in advance. Request it when booking and provide your arrival details. Once confirmed, we will collect you there instead of at the standard meeting point. Ferry passengers must disembark at Colico, not Piona.
