Among Roots, Cellar & Prosecco Superiore: Tour and Tasting at Toffoli

An experience designed to take you into the heart of the Refrontolo hills with Toffoli Winery, where family stories, local traditions, and everyday winery life come together.

Hosted by Marika and Alice, the visit introduces you to the history of Prosecco Toffoli and the deep bond that has connected the Toffoli family to this land for generations. During the guided tour, you will learn about the passion, values, and dedication behind every bottle, with an explanation of the winemaking process and the winery’s philosophy.

The experience concludes in the tasting room, an indoor space with a direct view of the vineyards, with a tasting of 5 selected wines showcasing the authentic character of Toffoli Winery. During the warmer months, it may also be possible to enjoy the tasting outdoors, under the gazebos overlooking the vineyards, surrounded by the hills.

The tasting includes still, sparkling, and sweet wines from the Prosecco and Colli di Conegliano areas:

- Vincenzo 1603 – traditional still white wine
- “VELOSVELO” Vintage Brut Nature – unfiltered sparkling white wine
- Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Vintage – sparkling white wine
- Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Vintage – sparkling white wine
- Colli di Conegliano DOCG Refrontolo Passito – sweet red passito wine

The wines are paired with a selection of local delicacies, including locally produced mortadella, salami, and sopressa, as well as speck from Trentino-Alto Adige. The tasting is also accompanied by fresh and aged Montasio cheese from a local dairy, together with artisan bread and breadsticks.
