Start with a walk to the winemaking cellar and discover the daily work of a winegrower: vinification, bottling, and ageing. Enjoy a first tasting of one of the estate’s wines, along with an explanation of the domaine’s environmental commitment.

Taste the traditional mâchon, a local Lyonnais specialty: high-quality cured meats and cheeses, country bread, and homemade treats from the garden. Your plate will be paired with a tasting of four wines. You will be able to choose among the following cuvées:
