Your visit begins with a guided tour of the family-run farm and winery, where you'll learn about Cascina Giambolino's sustainable farming practices, traditional winemaking methods, and artisanal cured meat production. The experience also highlights the importance of short supply chains and locally crafted products. Weather permitting, the tour is enriched by a walk through the surrounding vineyards, offering beautiful views of the rolling hills of the Colli Tortonesi and a deeper understanding of the terroir behind the wines.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting held in the historic weighing house (pesa) or, during the warmer months, under the panoramic pergola. For larger groups, the tasting takes place inside the winery among the aging barrels, creating a unique atmosphere.

You'll taste 3 wines selected from Cascina Giambolino's range, which may include Colli Tortonesi DOC Timorasso Derthona, Monleale Barbera, Sparkling Cortese, Barbera Rosé, and Croatina, depending on the season and availability. The wines are paired with homemade cured meats, including the renowned Salame Nobile del Giarolo, and Montebore cheese, one of Piedmont's most iconic traditional cheeses.
