The experience begins with a warm greeting from a hospitality team member, who will introduce you to the estate's vineyards. You'll then tour the winery, where you will learn about the winemaking and aging processes that define Ca' Rugate's philosophy. The tour continues to the Enomuseum, a collection recognized as a cultural site of regional interest, which showcases the history of local viticulture.

The final part of your visit takes place in the Eno-Atelier, the winery's tasting room. Here, you will taste a flight of five representative labels: Fulvio Beo, a Metodo Classico sparkling wine; Monte Fiorentine, a Soave Classico white wine; Campo Bastiglia, a Valpolicella Ripasso made by refermenting the wine on Amarone grape skins for added complexity; L'Eremita, a Recioto della Valpolicella sweet wine from dried grapes; and the distinctive Vermouth di Amarone della Valpolicella.

Experience at Ca' Rugate
The winery tour and the subsequent tasting were splendid! Thanks to Anna, the wonderful guide who explained every detail to us joyfully and passionately.
The Ca' Rugate wines are delicious, the platter of cold cuts and cured meats is also excellent, the final treat: the chocolates filled with their wine!

Great winery tour and tasting
Very interesting tour through the winery and museum with lots of old tools. For the tasting we had three white wines, two red wines, the Amarone is wonderful and a Wermut which has 80% Amarone, incredibly tasty. Our tour guide was very nice and knew a lot about the wines and how they are made.
