Tour & Wine Tasting with Local Delicacies at Ca' Rugate near Verona

A visit to Ca' Rugate Winery and to the Wine Museum, and enjoy a tasting of five representative wines from the company's production, including our Amarone Vermouth, which speaks of the terroir, ancient history, and a unique sensory experience.

The experience begins with a greeting from a member of the hospitality team, who will guide you on a tour of the vineyards and the cellar, where you'll learn about the winemaking and aging process according to our production philosophy. A visit to the Enomuseo (Wine Museum), the company's pride and joy and a regional cultural site, will also be included.

The experience concludes at the Eno-Atelier, a tasting room of Ca’ Rugate, with a tasting of a selection of the company's most representative wines, an expression of the family's passion and dedication to researching and producing high-quality wines.

The wines will be paired with a selection of traditional artisanal products including Soppressa di Brenton, Crudo di Soave, Coppa stagionata nell'Amarone, Monte Veronese, Mezzano ed Erborinato.

The wines included in the tasting are:

- Fulvio Beo Rosé, a Metodo Classico sparkling wine
- Monte Fiorentine, a Soave Classico white wine
- Campo Lavei Valpolicella Superiore, a classic red wine
- La Perlara Recioto di Soave, a sweet white wine
- Amarone della Valpolicella Vermouth, a fortified wine infused with herbs and spices.
