Blind Wine Tasting with Local Food Pairing at Albino Armani in Val d'Adige
Here is what's in store for you
This tasting invites you to approach wine from a different perspective, focusing on senses over labels. Your visit to Albino Armani begins with a tour led by a member of the hospitality team. You will see the production areas and the atmospheric barrel cellar, which is carved directly into volcanic rock, while learning about the winery's philosophy.
After the tour, you will take a seat in the panoramic tasting room overlooking the hills of Valpolicella and Val d'Adige. Here, you'll put your senses to the test with a guided blind tasting of 4 wines. The selection changes daily, so the labels and grape varieties are always a surprise. You might find wines like Gewürztraminer Crosano, Pinot Grigio Corvara, Sauvignon Friuli Grave, or Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, representing the winery's production across Veneto, Trentino, and Friuli. The identity of each wine is revealed only at the end.
To complete the tasting, you can select the option that includes a platter of local specialties. This features cured meats from Corrado Benedetti in Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo and cheeses from Maso Verde in Roverè Veronese, served as an individual portion or as a snack to share.
