You'll be welcomed in the charming village of Saint Jean de Vaux, nestled in the Vallée des Vaux in the Côte Chalonnaise, between Mercurey and Givry. Over the course of 3.5 hours, you’ll begin with a walk through the vineyards, where you’ll read the landscape, understand the region’s complex terroirs, and learn about seasonal vineyard work. Back in a welcoming tasting setting, you'll uncover the secrets of vinification, tracing the journey from grape to glass.
The experience culminates with a guided tasting of 5 carefully selected wines, chosen to reflect both the richness of the terroir and the personality of different vintages.
Led by passionate experts, this workshop offers a holistic view of Burgundy and its winemaking tradition — from the soil beneath your feet to the wine in your glass.
