The experience includes an introduction to Fattoria Pagnana, the territory, and the strong link between wine and the Chianti area.
A guide will take you on a tour of the winery, followed by a tasting of 3 traditional wines; a Chianti DOCG, a Chianti Riserva (paired with a light snack such as olives and breadsticks, with a taste of the farm's Extra Virgin Olive Oil), and Vin Santo accompanied by typical cantuccini cookies.
