The experience begins with a guided visit to the winery’s 19th-century palmento, a traditional Sicilian structure that reflects the region’s deep-rooted wine heritage. Guests will then enjoy a walk through the vineyards, learning about the volcanic soils, altitude, climate, and vineyard practices that shape the character of Graci’s wines.
The visit concludes with a technical tasting of 4 wines from different Etna contrade, offering an opportunity to discover the nuances of the territory and the estate’s elegant, terroir-driven production style. The tasting is accompanied by Graci’s estate-produced olive oil and artisanal bread.
