The vines located in Acquaviva delle Fonti are characterized by two different soil types, clay and limestone, which can be felt in the glass with multiple scents. This is an unmissable experience for those who want to understand the evolution of Cantine Polvanera's Primitivo.
After a welcome glass of sparkling wine, you will be taken on a tour of the cellar. Next, you will enjoy a tasting of:
