Book your Light Lunch experience at Cantine Polvanera. After a visit to the winery and our typical Masseria, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a perfect combination of classic Apulian flavors and a journey through the native grape varieties of the Murgia area.

You will enjoy a tasting of 5 wines accompanied by typical local products including olive oil with bread, cereal frise (flatbreads) with garlic and tomato sauce, garnished with cherry tomatoes and arugula, zucchini and mint omelet, capocollo, and cheese.

A great discovery, suggested by a wine...

A great discovery, suggested by a wine professional friend of mine. This relatively young winery made an amazing job in creating a huge underground cellar carved into a bedrock of limestone, and invested in high quality organic Primitivo (and some additional regional wines). They are included in many top 100 winery lists worldwide. Don't miss it if you are looking for some great Apulian wines.
