Complete Canoso Experience: The Overview

Canoso, synonymous with high quality wines, representative of the volcanic territory of Soave.
Since 1876 the Canoso family has always believed in the quality of the wine produced on the hills of Monteforte d'Alpone. This is why they have consolidated their in-house wine production here.

The experience includes a welcome to the winery with a tasting of Garganega Spumante "Mossa" and a brief introduction to the winery's history and production philosophy. 
You will then enjoy a "sensory" walk through the beautiful vineyards of the estate and a guided visit to the vinification and ageing rooms, with a tasting of the must (available during the harvest).

At the end of the tour you will have the opportunity to take part in the game of fragrances and tasting at the Wine Shop of all the excellent wines produced here: "Fonte" Soave Classico DOC; "Verso" Soave Superiore Classico DOCG; "Oltre" Bianco Veronese IGT; "Segno " Rosso Veronese IGT; "Terra" Valpolicella Superiore DOC; "Corpo" Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, accompanied by local cold cuts and cheeses.
