Here is what's in store for you
Your visit to Borgo Turrito begins in the vineyards, where Pasquale, the winery's hospitality manager, will welcome you. He will share the story of the estate, the grape varieties they cultivate, and the year-round work required to care for the vines.
The tour continues inside the winery's production areas. Here, you'll learn about their winemaking philosophy and the main stages of the process, from harvest to bottle.
The experience concludes in the tasting room, located inside the wine shop. Pasquale will lead you through a guided tasting of four of the estate's wines:
- Terra Cretosa: Falanghina White Wine
- CalaRosa: Nero di Troia Rosé Wine
- Capo Nord: Classic Method Extra Brut Sparkling Wine
- Dodiciventuno: Nero di Troia Red Wine
The tasting is paired with a platter of regional products, including fennel-seed and mildly spicy sausages from Salumificio Moreno, Canestrato Foggiano cheese from Caseificio Cordisco, Caciocavallo from Caseificio Artigiana, and tarallini with extra virgin olive oil from Fiore di Puglia.
