Guided by a sommelier and cheese-tasting expert, born and raised in the Prosecco hills, this tour offers an insider’s perspective on Montello’s winemaking heritage. Expect to dive deep into stories, traditions, and behind-the-scenes insights, gaining a newfound appreciation for the dedication and craftsmanship behind each bottle.

The winery visit will take you through the vinification and aging process, unveiling the secrets of Montello’s full-bodied wines. The guided tasting includes 4 wines, mostly still reds and whites, such as blends of international varieties like Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco, or native grapes like Recantina, often alongside an Asolo Prosecco. The wines are paired with bread, local cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables preserved in oil or vinegar; vegetarian guests are offered cheeses or other seasonal preparations instead of cold cuts. The tasting usually takes place in the winery's tasting room, and the wines and pairings may vary depending on the winery and the season.
