Here is what's in store for you

The journey begins with a visit to our vineyards to discover the origins of Cerasuolo di Vittoria (Sicily's only DOCG)

Once you've have arrived we'll start with the explanation of the Cerasuolo di Vittoria world and then we'll have a tour of the modern winery, complete with state-of-the-art winemaking equipment, and  here you gain insight into both classic and charmat sparkling methods. End the journey with a guided tasting session lead by the expert winemaker or sommelier who'll let you taste 3 different labels with some local delicacies to pair.

Fantastic tour and tasting!

We had a marvelous tour and tasting! After a very informative tour of the vineyard and olive orchard, we were given a excellent guide through the winery itself which elaborated on all the equipment and processes necessary from grape to bottle. We especially enjoyed learning of the methods to make the sparkling wines. And then the tasting…. The food pairings were perfect as we navigated the outstanding wines. I’m excited to further drink the wines we purchased and hope to find them back home in California.
You can’t pass up the Cerasuolo!!! Also, be sure to enjoy several of their sparkling wines and the Rosato.
