Your experience begins at the Fasol Menin winery in the heart of the Valdobbiadene hills, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, you'll be equipped with an E-MTB to set off on a self-guided tour of about two hours through the Prosecco countryside.
You can choose the route that best fits your experience level, with options for easy, intermediate, and challenging rides. The tracks are available on the Komoot app and all start and end at the winery, with road assistance available if needed, all on a mix of roads and cycle paths with panoramic views.
Upon your return to Fasol Menin, you'll settle in on the outdoor porch overlooking the vineyards or in the tasting room. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three of the winery's Prosecco Superiore DOCG sparkling wines. Minors will be offered water or juice.

A valid physical ID is required for the e-bike rental. Please download the Komoot app on your smartphone before arriving at the winery; you will need it to access the tour maps from the Cantina Fasol Menin profile. You can indicate your preferred route difficulty (easy, intermediate, or challenging) in the notes when booking. Upon arrival, there will be a briefing where maps are provided, and you can decide together which route suits you best. Bike tour with tasting
Wonderful day on a mountain bike with marvelous landscapes. At the end of the tour, the guy Giulio, very kind and knowledgeable, told us the history of the winery, the various steps from the harvest to the bottling, then he accompanied us to a large room for an excellent tasting of their wines with local cold cuts and cheeses. Everything was excellent, recommended.

Despite the weather not being the best, the experience was wonderful.
The paths through the vineyards are beautiful and for us, as it was our first time on an e-bike, it was amazing to be able to reach certain places more easily to better admire the view.
The location of the winery is gorgeous, where the explanations regarding the wines we tasted were very interesting....not to mention the deliciousness of the products. The staff was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful...we will definitely come back.
Just a few problems in certain spots with the Komoot app where it wasn't clear where to go and you had to zoom in on the map to understand it better.
