The tasting takes place in the elegant piano nobile (noble first floor) of the Baroque villa, where guests are treated to sweeping views of the estate from the panoramic terrace. You’ll enjoy a curated selection of the estate’s 5 organic wines: aMarAnto DOCG, Chiarestelle DOC, Le Bacche Nere DOC, RoVi DOC, and Le Lune IGT Terre Siciliane.

Each wine is thoughtfully paired with a typical Sicilian dish, carefully prepared to highlight the character of the wine and the richness of local traditions. The entire tasting is complemented by the estate’s own DOP Monti Iblei extra virgin olive oil “Virgo”, made from Moresca, Tonda Iblea, and Nocellara Etnea olive cultivars.
