Your visit to Foss Marai begins with a guided tour led by a member of the hospitality team. You will explore the production areas, the bottling line, and the exclusive Club dei Saggi room, discovering the philosophy and craftsmanship behind each sparkling wine.
Following the tour, you'll move to the tasting room for a guided tasting. The progression starts with Tilio Dosaggio Zero Spumante Extra Brut, a slow-fermented sparkling wine with no added sugar. For the second tasting, you can choose between the elegant Guia Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Millesimato and the floral Nadin Valdobbiadene DOCG Dry Millesimato.
The experience continues with Roös Spumante Brut Rosato, made from native grape varieties, before culminating with the Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry Millesimato. This wine comes from one of Italy’s smallest and most prestigious growing areas, representing a high point of the territory. The tasting is paired with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, such as Casatella Trevigiana DOP, Monte Cesen cheese, sopressa, and pancetta.
