I like this winery.. went with my wife and had a really good time! I did not think I'd enjoy it as much. But 2 thumbs up!

Great wines, beautiful location to sit out...
Great wines, beautiful location to sit out and have a glass or bottle. Groups are welcome. Staff is friendly and will remember you if you are a repeat customer. As with anywhere, tastings can get slow if many customers are there.

It was the best winery I have...
It was the best winery I have been to which is about 30. Their knowlegde and mastery shines through with each subsequent sip. I only come to this area twice a year so I decided to take 12 bottles home and the staff was nice enough to carry it to my car for me, I tired to give them a tip but they politely refused. 10 stars!!!!

Beautiful property and setting. Rude and incompetent employees, esp the manager. No prices on food, you're expected to know their menu. Tasting took over an hour and they weren't super busy. No cheese platters or food allowed while tasting wine. Upstairs is only

The tasting room is small but the...
The tasting room is small but the gorgeous views and delicious wine more than compensate. Lots of outdoor seating. I've never had a wine I didn't like there, but in particular I love the Petit Manseng and the Imperialis. This is a must-stop location for us every time we travel to the area. The wine club is nice, too, and free (20% off your order and two free glasses of wine).

Awesome wine!! Best in VA. Would love to keep this gem a secret but they are too awesome not to brag about! Owner is fun and on site. Great place, go visit! You won't be sorry. We are now club members too, after our first visit. Love, love, love.
