A short 10-minute walk leads to an artisan Cava maker with over 150 years of history. This family-run winery focuses on crafting premium organic Cava. Descend into the cellars where bottles rest, and learn about the history and techniques of sparkling wine production. Upstairs, observe the disgorging and labeling process before enjoying various vintages in a serene courtyard, learning about the different types of Cava.
