This experience features 3 premium wines – Rosé, White, and Red – accompanied by local artisan bread and the estate’s signature extra virgin olive oil, Verderame Olio EVO Nocellara Etnea. The Filologico Rosé, crafted from 100% Nerello Mascalese, offers delicate aromas and a refined character. The Filologico Bianco, a blend of Carricante and native varieties, balances freshness and complexity, while the Filologico Rosso, predominantly Nerello Mascalese, delivers bold flavors with extended aging.
At Verderame Winery, each wine reflects the unique terroir of Contrada Moganazzi, embodying the dedication and tradition of this estate.
