Chianti Classico Riserva Vertical Tasting at Borratella – 3 Vintages

Your experience at Borratella begins in the tasting room, where you'll be welcomed by our hospitality team. After a brief introduction to the winery and the history of the family, your tasting begins.
You will explore the evolution of a single wine through a vertical tasting of three different vintages of the estate's Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG. Your host will guide you in comparing the releases, helping you discover how time influences the wine's structure, complexity, and aromas. The tasting is accompanied by a platter of traditional Tuscan specialties, including local Prosciutto, salami, Finocchiona, and both fresh and aged Pecorino cheese.
For an interactive challenge, you can also request a blind tasting. You'll be presented with three covered bottles to try and guess the vintages: a correct guess wins a small gift from Borratella. This focused tasting offers a direct look into how Chianti Classico develops with age, straight from the producer's cellar.
