Farmer's Breakfast at Suriol in the Penedès
Here is what's in store for you
Enjoy a traditional peasant breakfast surrounded by organic vineyards at Suriol.
Upon your arrival at the winery, you will be welcomed at the entrance of the Agrobotiga. The staff will prepare an ideal space for you to enjoy a quality breakfast with organic and local products, seated at a peasant table prepared with the traditional handkerchief.
The breakfast will start by rubbing tomatoes on some farmer's bread. Then you will season the bread with Suriol's organic olive oil to make the classic Catalan "pa amb tomàquet" (bread with tomato). The bread will be accompanied by a selection of local sausages chosen by the butcher of "Cal Serra", as well as some organic goat cheese made by Artelac at the foot of Montserrat.
Everything will be paired with Suriol wines. After breakfast, you will end the experience with a nice cup of coffee. Kids will be served organic must instead.
