Here is what's in store for you
This experience at Suriol starts in the winery, where you will be welcomed with a glass of wine.
After a brief introduction to the winery and the life of farmers, you will head to the Castle of Grabuac and/or the chapel of Can Suriol where you will be told the history of the Castle and the Suriol family. Then you'll visit one of the vineyards, where you'll be introduced to the organic cultivation techniques used in the vineyards, explaining the singularities and differences with respect to conventional cultivation.
Then you will head back to the winery, where you will learn how the organic wines and cavas of Suriol are made. The visit will end with a guided tasting of 2 wines and the estate's organic olive oil.
