Perfect for sparkling wine lovers, this experience begins with a guided tour of the winery and a visit to the family’s small private museum, where you’ll learn about traditional vinification methods.
In the tasting room, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of 4 sparkling wines—Classico Brut, Rosé, Extra Brut, and Pas Dosé—each offering a different expression of finesse and craftsmanship. In addition, you can also taste one glass of Moscato. The wines are served with grissini and Parmigiano, offering a simple yet elegant pairing.
