Paltusa, a wonderful discovery
We had the pleasure of participating in a tasting at Tenute Paltusa, a true corner of paradise nestled in the mountains. From the very first moment, you breathe an atmosphere of peace and authenticity.
The Paltusa Superiore white wine won us over: fresh, fruity, with elegant notes and a surprising structure. A balanced, mineral, and aromatic white, which truly tells the story of the territory it comes from. The other wines were also of the highest level, each with a well-defined personality.
Everything is homemade, with love and passion, by the family itself: from the wines to the local products served during the tasting, genuine and delicious, perfectly paired and curated down to the smallest detail.
The estate is simply wonderful, with a panoramic pool and a breathtaking view that leaves you speechless. And for those who wish to prolong this experience of beauty and relaxation, there is also the possibility of staying at the property, fully enjoying the tranquility of the place.
A special thanks to Andrea and Susanna, who with passion and kindness accompanied us on a journey through the history of the estate, intertwined with their family history and that of the evocative church of San Tommaso.
