Here's the anticipated menu (subject to seasonal availability): Seasonal Oyster from the Thau basin with Le Mariage Blanc (IGP Vaucluse Blanc), pan-fried peppers complemented by red Caladoc (IGP Vaucluse Rouge), pâté with long black figs from Caromb accompanied by a red Garance (AOP Ventoux Rouge), Brebis du Barroux served with red Garance, jam of long black figs from Caromb with red Si J’ai Envie by Marc (IGP Vaucluse Rouge).

Fantastic experience!!
Brilliant host who spent as much time as we wanted explaining everything to do with wine making. His enthusiasm and passion shone through.
The wine tasting at the end was great. A beautiful white, 3 different reds and a rose that was delicious, the faint taste of burned oak was a delight.
I cannot recommend this vineyard tour enough...next year I will book again with my family. Oh....and it was incredible value for money!
