Winery visit, lunch and wine tasting at Tenuta Ambrosini in Franciacorta

Enjoy a complete food and wine experience at Tenuta Ambrosini in Cazzago San Martino, in the heart of Franciacorta, combining a guided winery tour with a traditional lunch paired with Franciacorta DOCG wines.

The tour begins at 11:00 AM with a vineyard walk (weather permitting), followed by a guided winery visit including an explanation of the Franciacorta production method. In case of bad weather, arrival is scheduled for 11:30 AM with a direct winery visit.

After the tour, you will enjoy lunch at the Agriturismo located within the estate, where each course is paired with a selected Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini DOCG wine.

Antipasti paired with Franciacorta T.A. Dosaggio Zero NIHIL DOCG

- Typical Brescian cured meats

- Savory pies with red radicchio and cheeses

- Formaggella di Malga with homemade jams

- Baked zucchini frittata

- Polenta with pancetta

- Sweet and sour vegetables

First course paired with Franciacorta T.A. Extra Brut “Santa Caterina” DOCG

- Risotto with Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini DOCG

Second course paired with Franciacorta T.A. Brut “Batudè” DOCG

- Traditional Brescian spit-roasted mixed meats
