My wife, who is close to earning her sommelier degree, and I will welcome you for an unforgettable high-level pasta-making masterclass.
You will learn how to prepare three traditional fresh pasta types from scratch:
Tortelloni
Tagliatelle
Maccheroni
Each dish will be served with traditional Bolognese sauces, such as:
Butter & sage
The world-famous Bolognaise sauce (known locally as Ragù Bolognese)
To elevate your experience, each dish will be perfectly paired with a wine selection curated by my wife, featuring organic wines from boutique Italian wineries that produce just 10,000-12,000 bottles a year—rare finds that you won’t see in commercial shops!
From the welcome aperitivo to the dessert, you will enjoy unlimited wine—we can open as many bottles as we like!
