Enjoy an authentic Sicilian food and wine experience at Gambino Vini, set on the slopes of Mount Etna, where volcanic soils and local traditions give life to wines and cuisine rich in character.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by the winery hospitality manager, who will introduce you to the history of Gambino Vini, the unique Etna terroir, and the strong connection between the land and the winery’s production philosophy. This first moment sets the scene, helping you understand why this area is considered one of the most fascinating wine regions in Sicily.
The experience continues with a guided wine tasting led by the winery’s sommelier team, who will accompany you step by step through the tasting, explaining each label, its characteristics, and its link to the volcanic territory. You will taste four wines from the current vintage, carefully selected to represent the winery’s identity and style.
The wines are paired with a generous Sicilian food selection, designed to showcase traditional local flavors and enhance the tasting experience. The food pairing includes:
Vegetable preserves
A selection of Sicilian cheeses
Cold cuts and hard-boiled eggs
Extra virgin olive oil produced by Gambino
A seasonal soup or cream soup
Sicilian Pasta alla Norma, one of the island’s most iconic dishes
Grilled pork sausage, served with baked potatoes and sautéed spinach
Dessert: a small Sicilian cannolo filled with creamy ricotta
Mineral water and bread are always included.

Unica pecca: il servizio continuo a tutti gli orari e in più lingue rende la sala un po' confusionaria. Magari scaglionare i gruppi in fasce orarie più ampie dividendoli per lingue potrebbe rendere l'esperienza più di nicchia e ordinata

Amazing experience
We had this amazing experience with Stefano who was very nice and knowledgeable. The wine tasting was a nice experience, the place and the views were very beautiful.
It's was very nice to see the difference between the Sicilian wine and the Etna's wine but also to mix it with a delicious food dégustation with a lot of variety!
We would definitely recommend it to anyone, very great value for money!
