7-Label Tasting Experience at Gambino Winery

A great experience for wine lovers who wish to taste Gambino’s finest labels in a welcoming and authentic setting.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the Gambino hospitality manager, who introduces the winery’s history and the surrounding territory. The experience then continues with a guided tasting led by the estate’s sommelier team, offering deeper insight into the wines and their characteristics.

This wine tasting experience includes seven glasses of wine from the current vintages, paired with a generous selection of traditional Sicilian dishes. The tasting is accompanied by bruschetta, Sicilian frittata, preserved vegetables in oil, traditional Sicilian cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, cold cuts, and Gambino extra virgin olive oil. The food selection is further enriched with a seasonal soup or cream soup, followed by grilled pork sausage and sweet-and-sour meatballs served with baked potatoes. The experience concludes with a classic Sicilian cannolo filled with creamy ricotta.
