The Complete Wine Experience to taste the incredible products of Masseria Torricella.
You will start with a guided tour of the vineyards adjacent to the winery, during which you will be explained the work carried out during the year, with particular attention to environmental aspects and the organic method of cultivation that is scrupulously followed.
At the end of the tour you will have the opportunity to take part in a tasting of 6 of the Masseria's wines, accompanied by a light lunch full of typical Apulian delicacies:
-FIANO MINUTOLO (white) with: Bruschetta of semolina bread and garden tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, Primosale with Fiano jelly, Omelette with pecorino cheese and mint;
-AURORA PRIMITIVO ROSE' with: Bread and cheese balls, Mozzarella of the day, Zucchini alla "poverella";
-CABERNET SAUVIGNON (red) with: Wild pork salami, fresh Canestrato cheese with quince jam, Grilled aubergines with parsley and EVO oil;
-PRIMITIVO (red) with: Caciocavallo di podolica d.o.p. with pepper jam, Dried tomatoes in olive oil, Smoked pancetta tesa;
-IL SAPIENTE (red reserve) with: Capocollo di Martina Franca dop, Baked peppers warm salad, Aged Canestrato cheese with cherry honey
-TRAMONTI (Primitivo rosé brut) with: Almonds arraggiate and intorchiate (almond sweets).
