Your experience starts with a walk through the rows of vines of La Cedraia, during which you'll be able to admire the striking hillside landscape of the Gavi area on the horizon and learn about the winery's sustainability journey, which has enabled it to produce the only Eco-Sustainable Gavi (VIVA certified).

Your visit then continues with a walk under the trees of the centuries-old park around the ancient late 18th-century mansion overlooking the vineyards and the unforgettable panorama of the Gavi Hills, relaxing in a rural setting with the charm of the past. Then you'll enjoy an exclusive visit to Villa La Cedraia, a late 18th-century mansion built in load-bearing masonry using the ancient technique of unfired earth with rooms featuring ancient brick vaulted ceilings and furnished with period furniture.

Your wine sensory experience of excellence concludes with a wine tasting guided by the producer, who will explain the characteristics and peculiarities of each wine you will taste, how it is born, and how it evolves, refines, and pairs with food. You will have the opportunity to taste four of La Cedraia's wines; the white Gavi DOCG in its Classico, Selezione version, and Brut, and the red Monferrato Rosso DOC.
The wines will be accompanied by samples of the area's typical products - Novese focaccia stirata, Monterotondo salumi al Gavi, Montebore cheese: the best way to end your journey inside a beautiful reality that transforms with passion, love, and expertise the fruit of a glorious land into great wines.

At the end of the tasting, it will be possible to buy La Cedraia wines directly from the winery and, if you wish, have them shipped to your home.
