Your visit will then continue with a walk under the trees of the centuries-old park around the ancient late 18th-century mansion overlooking the vineyards and the unforgettable panorama of the Gavi Hills, relaxing in a rural setting with the charm of the past. Then an exclusive visit to Villa La Cedraia, a late 18th-century mansion built in load-bearing masonry using the ancient technique of unfired earth with rooms featuring ancient brick vaulted ceilings and furnished with period furniture, awaits you.

Your wine sensory experience of excellence concludes with a wine tasting guided by the producer, who will explain the characteristics and peculiarities of each wine you will taste, how it is born, and how it evolves, refines, and pairs with food. You will have the opportunity to taste three of La Cedraia's wines; Gavi DOCG in its Classico, Selezione version, and Brut, accompanied by samples of the area's typical products - Novese focaccia stirata, Monterotondo salumi al Gavi, Montebore cheese: the best way to end your journey inside a wonderful reality that transforms with passion, love, and expertise the fruit of a splendid land into great wines.
