- Spumante Brut "Tenuta San Lorenzo", vinified with the Martinotti method from Cortese grapes
- The winery's Gavi Docg, vinified from Cortese di Gavi grapes

You will have the opportunity to understand, thanks to the expert guidance of the producer, the different nuances of the Cortese grape grown in the estate's vineyards, and discover how this grape can decline in different forms while maintaining its characteristic aromas and flavors, with an explanation of the foods recommended to pair it with. Weather permitting, you will also be able to taste the wines on the terrace overlooking the estate's vineyards (upon request).
