You'll start with two white wines, followed by two reds, featuring local varieties like Pigato, Vermentino, Granaccia, Rossese, Ormeasco di Pornassio (DOC Riviera Ligure di Ponente), and Lumassina (IGT Colline Savonesi).
The wines will be carefully paired with a selection of cheese, ham, and breadsticks. As you sip, you'll learn about tasting notes (sight, olfactory, and gustatory), vineyard care, ancient winemaking techniques, food pairings, and the history behind each producer.
