The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the estate, where you’ll learn about our grape varieties, cultivation methods, and the unique terroir that gives our wines their distinctive character. Next, you’ll explore our winemaking cellar and underground barrel room, where we’ll reveal the secrets behind the vinification and aging processes
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of 5 carefully selected wines, paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, offering a true taste of Monferrato’s wine culture
For underage guests, the visit includes a non-alcoholic alternative—tea and chips will be served free of charge

Great experience
On the nose, the aroma is soft and pleasant, like a caress: you sense the sweetness of ripe cherries mixed with a hint of spice, almost as if you were walking past a kitchen where delicious food is being prepared.
It has a rich, enveloping flavor, with a lovely sensation of warmth. It's smooth but with a slight dry note (the tannins), which gives it structure without being too strong.

We tasted several very good vines together with a nice cheese and salami plate, and even got to discuss their new labels (and yes, the Ladybug wine will be a success!). We felt really well looked after and left with a lot of bottles of our new favourites.
