The visit to the Mondianese winery was nothing short of pleasant; the young woman was very engaging in explaining their vineyards and what types of wine and spirits they produce from them. You start with the outdoor tour to discover the vineyards, then inside the winery where they explain how wine is produced from the grape to the bottling, and finally, the tasting.
