In the company of Cantina Mazzarosa's knowledgeable staff, you will reach the vineyards located at the top of the hill. Here you will be able to discover Cantina Mazzarosa's crops, touch the vineyards and learn more about the types of grapes they grow and the processing methods: a full immersion in contact with nature, with a unique panorama as a backdrop, halfway between the sea and the mountains!
Once the Safari Tour is over, you will return to the winery for a tour of the cellar and barrel cellar: here you will learn about the aging methods of Cantina Mazzarosa's wines and have the opportunity to see the largest barrel in Europe, of 1000 hectoliters!
Together with the staff you will be guided in the tasting of 5 wines that represent the Abruzzo tradition, but always with an eye towards innovation, sustainability, and quality, accompanied by an aperitif with bruschetta topped with their own olive oil, sliced meats and cheeses typical of the area, and ending with cantuccini abruzzesi cookies, the perfect pairing with one of the most representative sweet wines of Abruzzo, Vino Cotto.
