We are waiting for you to share the slow pace, scents and flavours of the Sicilian countryside
Experience the harvest in a unique way: we start with a pleasant walk through the family vineyards, then we harvest the grapes by hand.We get the old building of the farm to remove the grapes from the bunches and press them. Finally we taste the very fresh must. Than,The visit to the cellar is waiting for you to learn the secrets of grape processing and wine aging; we will share the thrill of tasting wines from the tanks, enjoy the walk among the wooden barrels.
In the winery or in the veranda overlooking the garden, we will prepare a delightful brunch of five typical Sicilian appetizers:local cheeses, tasty salami, vegetables grown in the farm garden, homemade bread with olive oil, organic honey, delicious citrus jellies.
The brunch will be enriched by the tasting of white and red wines that recall all the warmth of the Mediterranean.

Una fantastica esperienza
La biofattoria è molto grande e bella, curata nei dettagli e ricca di attrattive interessanti per grandi e piccini.
La proprietaria (credo) ci ha fatto fare il giro del vigneto e della cantina, spiegandoci tutto con precisione e rispondendo a tutte le nostre curiosità. Abbiamo assaggiato 2 vini dalle botti e 2 al tavolo, accompagnati da un delizioso tagliere di salumi e formaggi. I bicchieri di vino sono stati abbondanti e la qualità davvero buona. Personale cortese e disponibile, posto meraviglioso. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima.
