Here is what's in store for you

The visit starts with a guided tour of the two wineries of the property: from the historical Cellar of the 15th century, today used for the aging in bottle and as a location for events, to the Second Cellar, where production, aging and bottling take place.

The visit continues inside the park which belonged to lawyer Maffeo Gheza and arrives at the foot of the waterfall of Davine stream: a particularly suggestive view.

The tour ends with the tasting of different products  I Cultivar delle Volte.

Abbiamo fatto il percorso attraverso i vigneti e visitato le cantine, è stata un'esperienza molto interessante.
Ottima la degustazione dove abbiamo assaporato ottimi vini con la spiegazione esaustiva del proprietario.

La cantina Bignotti - Cultivar delle Volte offre un'immersione a 360° in quello che in passato è stato un complesso residenziale di una avvocato della zona, che tra le altre cose aveva la passione per la viticultura, e che oggi è stato ripreso in mano da una famiglia appassionata e dedicata alla terra e ai prodotti camuni.
Sembra un posto fuori dal mondo per la commistione tra natura e uomo, una piccola oasi che si propone di offrire al visitatore un esperienza completa, resa ancora più piacevole dalla cortesia e professionalità di Giorgio e i suoi figli.
I vini sono relativamente giovani ma soddisfano olfatto e palato, e creando nuovi ricordi.
Proporrei ai proprietari di non impostare il tour su Leonardo. Interessanre quella parte ma lo è molto di più la storia di come hanno ripreso in mano il complesso e le vigne.

Ci hanno regalato la degustazione e abbiamo effettuato anche una visita interessante a un luogo particolare in una vigna innovativa. I vini, che non conoscevamo, sono molto gradevoli. Complimenti e grazie.
