This fresh pasta cooking class with a rolling pin invites you to step into that domestic and timeless tradition. Guided step by step, you will learn to knead and roll pasta following Romagna’s traditional methods, preparing tagliatelle all’uso di Romagna and a filled pasta shape, while discovering practical techniques, cultural insights, and stories connected to the land, the villa, and its history.
The experience continues with a light lunch, served in the elegant halls of the 18th-century Villa Pandolfa, featuring:

A traditional local appetizer
Homemade tiramisu
All dishes are paired with two glasses of organic wines from Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa, perfectly complementing the flavors of Romagna.
At the end of the experience, each participant receives a recipe booklet, allowing you to recreate the dishes at home and carry the techniques and traditions with you.
