Experience the authentic soul of the Predappio hills with a stay at our estate, Casa di Noelia. Your journey begins with a warm welcome, followed by a panoramic tour of the vineyards. You will explore our historic production cellar and a hidden 18th-century underground tunnel that leads to the magnificent Villa Pandolfa, a noble residence dating back to 1731. Here, you’ll discover our unique historical archive of vintage bottles, witnessing the deep winemaking roots of this famous Italian territory.
The highlight of your stay is an evocative dinner in the Villa’s grand halls, featuring a traditional three-course Romagna menu (including our best handmade pasta). The meal is expertly paired with a tasting of 4 organic wines from our production, focusing on the elegant Sangiovese that defines the Predappio terroir. This experience is truly special because it seamlessly blends adventure, architectural beauty, and organic viticulture, offering a rare glimpse into the private history of one of the region’s most prestigious estates.
After a restful night's sleep, you will conclude your experience with a delicious breakfast (included), served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The buffet features sweet and savory baked goods, cold cuts, local cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cereals, jams, and a full coffee service.
