Embark on this immersive and authentic experience at Azienda Vitivinicola Piana, allowing you to become part of the winemaking tradition.
Upon arrival at the winery, after a quick registration, guests will be provided with baskets and scissors before being guided into the vineyard.
There, a brief introduction will explain the harvest process and provide the main instructions. Participants will then engage in hand-harvesting the grapes, delivering them to the winery, and enjoying the fun and tradition of grape stomping — barefoot, of course. After washing the baskets and feet, a delicious traditional merenda will be served in the vineyard, in specially prepared areas.
In the afternoon, everyone will be welcomed back for a guided tour of Azienda Vitivinicola Piana, accompanied by folk music and refreshing cocktails. The merenda includes a variety of local delicacies such as cured meats (both raw and cooked), peppers with bagna cauda, Russian salad, rice salad, a selection of local cheeses with jams, apples, Mombaruzzo amaretti, bread, breadsticks, water, and a glass of wine.
