At Olianas Estate, immerse yourself in a unique sensory journey that blends history, nature, and wine. The experience begins in our open-air amphitheater, where the stones tell the ancient story of this land.
You’ll then hear the tales of the Giants of Mont’e Prama and the Nuragic civilization, a legacy still alive in the Sardinian soil.
Walking through our vineyards, we’ll introduce you to our Biointegrale philosophy—a sustainable and holistic approach that honors biodiversity and the environment in every choice we make.
The journey continues with a visit to the winery, including the barrel cellar and our fascinating amphora room, where ancient winemaking methods meet modern insight.
Finally, the tour ends in our dedicated tasting room with a guided tasting of four Biointegrale wines, paired with our estate-produced EVO oil and a selection of local delicacies that reflect the true flavor of this land.
