Discover Enotria Tellus, in the heart of the Treviso DOC, Piave DOC, and Prosecco DOC wine regions, with The Poppy Trail, a guided experience inspired by the yellow poppy, a symbol of resilience and the winery's continuous journey of growth and winemaking.
You'll be welcomed by Anisa, Alessio, or Linda, depending on availability, before beginning a guided walk through the vineyards, where you'll discover the landscape and terroir that shape the winery's wines. The experience continues with a winery visit, where you'll learn about the production process and the work that transforms the grapes into every bottle.
The experience concludes in the tasting room with a guided tasting of 4 wines, each representing a different expression of Enotria Tellus:
Balikwas
Viajo
Renovatio
Ombretta
As you taste each wine, you'll discover its history, personality, and distinctive characteristics. The tasting is accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, carefully chosen to complement the wines and showcase the authentic flavours of the Veneto region.
